Whether you feel like letting loose on a Friday night or just enjoying a relaxing dinner with close friends and family, the Leather Corner Post caters to all individuals. Seated in the county side of the Lehigh Valley, The LCP hosts a full bar to all crowds, vast amounts of food choices and live entertainment weekly.
The Leather Corner Post Hotel was built in 1861 and is one of the oldest standing hotels in the Valley. Although the LCP isn't a hotel today, there is much history the building brings including the famous "Boombas." The Boom-ba is known throughout the Pennsylvania Dutch culture of eastern Pennsylvania. The instrument focuses heavily on loud percussion that is played with a drum stick, that consists of a variety of percussion instruments i.e. tambourines, cowbells, etc. Leading them to be the perfect instrument to play after a few beers!
Today the LCP is still home to a friendly atmosphere, great food and familiar faces with a few extras. The addition of the Back Bar, at the LCP allows individuals to get the "at home feeling," in the winter time and the "outdoor sunshine," in the summer time. Carpeted with a pool table, dart board, touch screen mega system, back bar and doors that open up to picnic tables and six horseshoe pits; it's a great place to hang and meet new people!
Check out the Entertainment tab to see what bands are playing throughout the month, as well as Horseshoe Leagues, Pool Leagues and food specials throughout each week.
